All Silky Miracle products are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai.

Please note items may take up to 7 days to be dispatched and delivery is expected to take between 7-10 days after dispatch. Delivery time might be subject to possible delays due to customs clearance. We do not take responsibility for any shipping delay.

Once you have completed your order, at times we might request verification of your account/order number via email or text message. This measure is taken to ensure the safety of both parties involved.

Standard International shipping costs apply.

(Please note that Silky Miracle is not able to ship to Singapore)

Estimated delivery times are subject to the acceptance of your order and will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed, unless otherwise specified. Different terms and conditions may apply for different shipping destinations. We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been placed.
