All Silky Miracle products are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai.

Please note items may take up to 7 days to be dispatched and delivery is expected to take between 7-10 days after dispatch. 

Once you have completed your order, at times we might request verification of your account/order number via email or text message. This measure is taken to ensure the safety of both parties involved.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To start a return, you can contact us at insservice@silkymiracle.uk If your return is accepted, Silky Miracle will send you a free complimentary shipping label with instructions on how to fulfil the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
